Returns & Refund Policy

CARD PAYMENTS:
For Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Cash Payments (COD):
We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving date the parcel, including faulty products.
Items must be un-used, unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.
If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED15 is applicable.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item.

PROCESSING TIME:
We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

RETURN POLICY:
For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first date receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
Items must be un-used, unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.
Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.
For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.
International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to sally@selinawear.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

SALE ITEMS:
We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size.
You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
